What service! FireAvert seemed to reply to my messages as soon as I had pressed the send button. I had ordered the wrong model (three-prong instead of four), so I had to return the appliance and request a replacement. No problem! I was immediately informed a replacement was on its way. And they didn’t even charge the extra postage.

ones you connected it, you will not need to move the range.
ones it shot down the range, all you need to do is flip the range breaker (in the electric box for the house) off and then on and it will reset the box and get the electric back to the range
