Points Breakdown
Training & Classes
- Attend a PRO Class: 300 points (Highest value)
- Sign Up for a PRO Class: 5 points
System Maintenance & Device Management
- Bring an Offline Gateway Online: 150 points
- Bring an Offline Device Online: 75 points
- Work Order Decrease: 10 points
Account & Claims Activity
- Fill Fire Claims: 200 points
- Daily Login: 20 points / user
- Additional Logins: 5 points
- Update/Confirm Staff Users: 100 points
